What the site is

OrderFlorals is an information and guide service about sending flowers. We are not a florist. We don't take orders, handle payments, hold stock or deliver anything ourselves.

Orders are placed with the florist

When you follow a link to order flowers, you leave our site and place the order directly with the florist, under the florist's own terms, prices, privacy policy and guarantees. Questions about an order, delivery, cancellation or refund go to the florist's customer service.

Hospital and delivery information

Our hospital pages summarize what each hospital publishes on its own website, with links and the date we checked. Hospitals change their rules, sometimes without notice, and individual units can have stricter rules than the hospital as a whole. Delivery times are the florist's published times and can change on weekends, holidays and in some areas. Treat our information as guidance and contact the hospital or florist when a delivery is important. We are not responsible for a delivery that is refused, delayed or not possible.

The site links to hospitals, florists and other websites that we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Texts, images, illustrations and the design on OrderFlorals.com belong to us unless otherwise stated. Short quotes from hospital websites are used as sources and belong to their owners. You may link to our pages, but you may not copy the content in bulk.
