Privacy policy

Short version: we don't ask you to sign up, we don't sell data, and the only personal details we ever receive are the ones you type into our contact form.

What we collect

Contact form. Your name, email address and message are emailed to us so we can reply. We keep that email as long as the conversation is open and delete it afterwards.

Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and which links are used, so we know what to improve. Google sets cookies for this; IP addresses are anonymized. You can block this with your browser's tracking protection or an extension such as uBlock Origin, and the site works exactly the same without it.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time, browser) for security and are deleted automatically after a short period.

Links to florists

When you click through to a florist, you leave OrderFlorals and that shop's privacy policy applies. The link may contain a code that lets the shop know the visit came from us; it carries no personal data about you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any message you sent via the contact form. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them; since we hold no account data about you, there is normally nothing to access or delete beyond your own messages.

Who we are
